Metric Clock overview
Version 1.9 released at 02/19/2020
Extraordinary individuals and science enthusiasts are bound to appreciate the Metric Clock Windows 10 gadget. It’s a straightforward tool that displays the time on your desktop using the Metric system for measuring time intervals. Metric time of day was introduced in France in 1793, and the term is often used to specifically refer to French Revolutionary Time.
In addition to displaying the current time, the gadget also shows the current date and day of the week.
Metric time is entirely distinct from standard time. In other words, in metric time, a 24-hour day consists of 10 metric hours, with each hour containing 100 metric minutes instead of the traditional 60, resulting in 1000 metric minutes per day, and so on. This system is remarkably easy to remember. To provide a direct comparison, one metric second is equivalent to 0.864 standard seconds, one metric minute is equal to 1.44 standard minutes, and one metric hour is approximately 2.4 standard hours.
The Metric Clock has minimal settings that enable you to customize the color scheme and hide specific elements of the interface. This gadget is compatible with both 64-bit and 32-bit systems and has very low resource requirements.
