Run As Date overview
Version 1.8 released at 10/15/2022
Run As Date is a tiny Windows 11 and Windows 10 sidebar gadget which can help you schedule your computer to launch a specific application at a given time — quickly and conveniently without using the Windows Task Scheduler. You just need to set the desired date and time in the future (you can set a certain day and hour). Moreover, you can also choose a specified time interval starting from the scheduling moment. This option includes up to 999 seconds or minutes or hours or days or months or even years. Then you only must provide the desired application path and parameters (optional). That’s all. Very simple, isn’t it?
If you highly need to start the selected application at a specified time, but during the waiting time you put the computer into sleep or hibernation mode, you can forcibly scan time to run the program, to prevent errors caused by using these modes.
Main gadget’s frame informs you about the date and time of the application execution. More so, if you need to, you can customize the appearance of the gadget: size and colors (text and background).
All in all, Run As Date can be handled by all types of users, regardless of their skill level. The Gadget works on both 32-bit and 64-bit systems.
